• Organize air import shipments with contractors for timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring incoming shipment when receive pre-Alert from oversea station or from Customer.
• Arrange and organise air import shipments with contractor for a smooth clearance and on-time delivery to customers.
• Update and follow with customers for any shipment delay.
• Handle shipment survey and process cargo claim should it arise.
• Liaise with overseas agents should shipment did not come in on time.
• Abe to declare relevant customs permits.
• Comply to customers' standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Timely response to emails from customers,suppliers, carriers, and our internal network.
• Prepare cash sale invoices and update billing to Account.
• with or without experience as training will be provided.
