Work Schedule:
• Mon–Fri: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (OT applies after 6 PM)
• Sat: From 8:00 AM (all hours paid as OT)

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Import Executive to support and lead key shipping, documentation, procurement, and coordination functions. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you won’t just be handling shipments — you’ll be at the heart of our global operations. As an Import Executive, you will play a crucial part in driving smooth international supply flows, building strong partnerships with suppliers and customers, and shaping the efficiency of our logistics network. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of key processes, lead improvements, and work closely with decision-makers who value your ideas and initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle full set of import/export documents (permits, costings, bank docs, etc.) – training provided.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams for smooth shipment operations.
  • Monitor and follow up on overseas orders and shipment schedules.
  • Manage inbound/outbound stock movement and conduct cycle stock counts.
  • Purchase local stocks when required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers.
  • Support sourcing, procurement, quotations, and market analysis.
  • Prepare sales reports, stock analysis, and assist with sales forecasting.
  • Ensure timely and complete deliveries.
Requirements
  • Min. Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage (training provided).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good teamwork, initiative, and professionalism.
