Join SingPath Immigration – Immigration Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Immigration Specialist with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team in Singapore. At SingPath Immigration, you will play a crucial role in managing Singapore PR, Citizenship, and One Pass applications, building strong client relationships, and ensuring a smooth immigration process.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and professional guidance throughout the PR, Citizenship, and One Pass application process.
• Oversee the end-to-end immigration application process, from content preparation to final submission.
• Coordinate and manage submission schedules for Singapore PR, Citizenship, and One Pass applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide clear guidance on ICA (Immigration and Checkpoints Authority) and MOM (Ministry of Manpower) requirements and regulations.
• Assist clients in gathering and submitting the necessary documentation, liaising with relevant parties as needed.
• Engage with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face consultations, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Educate clients on immigration processes and requirements, providing a seamless and stress-free experience.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in immigration consulting, sales, or a related field.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently while also collaborating within a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
Preferably familiar with Singapore immigration regulations, ICA, and MOM requirements.
Bilingual or Multilingual proficiency is an advantage for better client communication.
