A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate for payroll and HR administration with responsibilities including processing payroll for foreign workers, managing work pass applications, and coordinating training. Ideal candidates should possess a good understanding of recruitment processes and work pass management. The role requires effective interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality to foster a positive workplace environment.

5 Days, Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
Foreign Worker Payroll, Recruitment & Work Pass Management
Foreign Worker Payroll & HR Administration
Process monthly payroll for 30–40 foreign construction workers.
Check daily attendance, in/out clocking, and validate OT claims.
Handle income tax filing for cessation of employment (IR21).
Recruitment & Work Pass Management
Recruit foreign construction workers when required.
Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP matters).
Training & Compliance
Liaise with supervisors and workers to arrange required training (e.g., CSOC, CSDC, Work-at-Height).
Coordinate with training agencies and government authorities on CoreTrade applications and renewals.
Reporting & Events
Prepare monthly HR and payroll-related reports.
Assist in organizing and planning company events.
Others
Maintain strong working relationships with supervisors and workers.
Display an outgoing and positive personality to support a healthy work environment.
Experience in foreign worker payroll will be a plus
Strong knowledge of Work pass process and construction worker recruitment.
