Job Description
- Support onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, background verification, and induction coordination.
- Draft and prepare employment agreements, contracts, and other HR-related documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Accurately enter and manage employee data in HR systems and databases, ensuring records are up-to-date and well-organized.
- Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in generating regular reports using Excel and other HR tools for internal analysis and audit purposes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and employee experience.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Job Requirements
- 3 years experience in HR operations or within an HR department preferably from financial institutions or MNCs
- Strong understanding of HR processes, especially in onboarding and employee documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
