Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial management, preferably in facilities management or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive performance in a complex, client-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of IFM contracts and service delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the IFM contract, ensuring compliance with obligations and SLAs.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Establish and track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and develop improvement strategies.
