About the Role

A&T Global Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and proactive ICT Service Manager to oversee, maintain, and enhance the digital infrastructure supporting our logistics and supply chain operations at Keppel Distripark FTZ. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless connectivity, system reliability, and IT service delivery across warehouse management systems, freight tracking platforms, and security systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily ICT operations, including networksystems, servers, and digital platforms within the FTZ.
  • Ensure smooth integration of logisticsmanagement systems (LMS/WMS/TMS) across multiple stakeholders.
  • Oversee cybersecurity protocols, access controlsystems, and data protection in compliance with FTZ requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors, port authorities, andlogistics operators to resolve technical and connectivity issues efficiently.
  • Support automation and digitalisation projects(e.g. IoT sensors, RFID tracking, data analytics).
  • Implement and monitor service-level agreements(SLAs) and maintain system uptime within operational standards.
  • Provide IT support and training to warehouse andlogistics teams based at Keppel Distripark.
  • Document ICT processes, incident reports, andimprovement plans for management review.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology,Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of ICT management experience,preferably in logistics, shipping, port or FTZ environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Keppel Distripark systems,operations, and stakeholder ecosystem is an advantage.
  • Familiar with enterprise IT service management(ITSM), cybersecurity, and infrastructure planning.
  • Hands-on experience with network administration,system troubleshooting, and vendor management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, andcoordination skills across technical and operational teams.
  • Ability to work independently and respondquickly to operational incidents in a time-sensitive logistics environment.
