Our client, a Japanese company in energy industry is hiring for an ICT Manager position. The organization operates as a regional ICT hub, delivering comprehensive IT governance, security, and operational support across multiple locations in Asia Pacific.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide Level 1 IT helpdesk support, including onboarding and offboarding assistance for staff.
  • Manage IT assets and procurement processes, ensuring timely maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
  • Oversee network infrastructure, including LAN, VPN, and internet connectivity, while maintaining performance and security standards.
  • Lead information security initiatives by developing policies, conducting assessments, and coordinating incident response.
  • Deliver user training and security awareness programs to strengthen organizational resilience.
  • Support internal and external audits related to IT operations and security compliance.
  • Collaborate with global ICT teams and vendors to ensure alignment with industry best practices and organizational standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience in IT support, network administration, and security operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, Azure AD, and service ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
  • Strong technical knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Wi‑Fi configuration, and network device diagnostics.
  • Experience with cybersecurity practices, including policy development, training, and incident response.
  • Preferred certifications: ITIL, CCNA, CISSP, PMP, or equivalent.
  • Experience in ICT procurement, vendor management, and global IT coordination is a plus.
