Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ICT Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, including servers, networks, data center facilities, and end-user computing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of ICT infrastructure, including servers, networks, data centers, and end-user systems
• Manage infrastructure vendors, facilities management, and ICT contractors
• Plan, implement, and manage ICT infrastructure and end-user computing projects
• Ensure system availability, performance monitoring, incident and problem management
• Ensure compliance with ICT policies, SOPs, security standards, and audit requirements
• Coordinate disaster recovery planning, testing, and tabletop exercises
• Manage infrastructure procurement, maintenance contracts, and licensing

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Facilities Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or data center operations
• Strong experience in infrastructure operations, project coordination, and vendor management
• Good problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP/CITPM, or equivalent are preferred
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security practices is an advantage

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ICT governance, security compliance, and vulnerability remediation
• Knowledge of public sector ICT standards and procurement processes is a plus
