Our client is a fast growing Singapore headquartered industrial services provider with a growing international presence. To support its continued business growth, it is now seeking to appoint a dynamic Human Resources Director to augment its HR capabilities and drive change.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the CEO, this is a hands on role managing a lean HR team where you will be responsible for HR strategy and operations, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance and rewards, talent management and development, employee engagement and employee relations. To support the company's next phase of exciting growth, organically and via M&A, you will further develop its HR capabilities, identify and drive adoption of best-in-class HR practices to establish the company as an employer of choice. This includes leading post M&A HR integration, as well as setting up and managing outsourced HR services including building offshore hubs and managing vendor relationships. You will partner closely with the CEO to shape a forward-looking, values-driven people agenda and embed a culture that supports innovation, agility, and sustainable growth.

Requirements

You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record in HR generalist leadership roles partnering the CEO or senior C-suite leaders in high performing companies both large and mid size, working with diverse nationalities. You have experience in post M&A HR integration and outsourcing of offshoring HR operations. You have deep HR domain expertise across HR policies, the entire employee lifecycle HR operations, HR governance, and delivering HR solutions for both white and blue collared workers. You are execution-focused, and equally comfortable with both strategic leadership or and day-to-day operational delivery. Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills will be essential.
