Job summary

A recruitment consulting firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced recruiter to manage the full life cycle of recruitment. This role requires at least 3 years of relevant recruiting experience and offers a salary of up to $5500. The selected candidate will partner with HR to forecast hiring needs and develop attractive recruitment programs. Strong knowledge of employment legislation and sourcing strategies is essential. Job Summary :

Working Day : Mon-Fri
Working Timing : 8am-5.18pm
Location : Changi North
Salary : Up $5500

Key Responsibilities :
  • Promotes an environment of excitement for all applicants and candidates
  • Manage full life cycle of recruitment and build pipeline for a variety of positions at all levels
  • Partner with Site HR to manage short-term hiring forecasts
  • Develop recommendations for recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract talent
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders and hiring managers
  • Assist in identifying, organizing, and attending job fairs/career events
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate job offers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Partner with Hiring Manager and HR Business Partner to develop specific job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and necessary skill sets
  • Any other tasks/duties or projects as assigned by Reporting Manager
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant recruiting experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and multiple talent market a plus
  • Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies (via social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
