Job description
The incumbent will administer and provide HR support in the day-to-day HR operational work.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track "Fit to Drive" cases for Bus Captains (BCs) returning from extended absences
  • Coordinate and prepare monthly schedules for the Annual Medical Check-Ups for BCs
  • Manage work pass matters in MOM WPOL system, including application, renewal, cancellation, and monthly medical check submissions
  • Track and monitor BCs Proficiency Tests and Driving License renewals to ensure compliance
  • Support the nomination and processing of the "Bus Captain of the Month" initiative
  • Handle and process invoices related to assigned responsibilities
  • Create and update employee records and related data in SuccessFactors and SAP systems to ensure accuracy and alignment across platforms
  • Perform other administrative or operational duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma or GCE "A" Level
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Prior experience with work pass applications via the MOM WPOL system
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized with high attention to details and ability to follow up on tasks effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
