The HR Manager oversees and leads the entire HR function of the security company, ensuring full regulatory compliance, manpower stability, and effective workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full spectrum HR operations for the security company
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and workforce strategies aligned with operational needs
- Oversee recruitment, manpower planning, deployment readiness, and retention of security officers
- Ensure all office calls and HR-related communications are properly managed, escalated, and resolved
- Advise management on HR risks, disciplinary actions, and employment matters
Security Industry & PRD Compliance Leadership:
- Ensure full compliance with PRD licensing and operational requirements
- Lead preparation for PRD inspections, audits, and regulatory reviews
- Monitor licensing, training compliance, and certification status of all security personnel
- Act as main liaison with PRD, MOM, and other regulatory bodies
- Oversee foreign worker matters including Work Permit compliance and audits
Payroll, Employee Relations & Governance:
- Oversee payroll accuracy, overtime controls, and compliance with employment terms
- Handle employee relations issues, disciplinary cases, and dispute resolution
- Ensure proper documentation and defensibility of HR decisions
- Review and strengthen HR controls to minimise regulatory and operational risks
Leadership & Reporting:
- Manage and guide HR/Admin staff
- Provide regular HR and compliance reports to management
- Drive continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and compliance readiness
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related discipline
- Strong experience in security, facilities management, or manpower industries
- Strong working knowledge of PRD and MOM requirements
- Confident, firm, and able to handle high-risk HR and compliance matters
