Job summary

A HR Services Company in Singapore is seeking a skilled HR professional to oversee employee administration, recruitment, and payroll for their Southeast Asia offices. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma/Degree in a related field and 2-3 years of HR experience. Responsibilities include managing HR inquiries, benefits coordination, and payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes and maintain employee records.
  • Handle work pass applications, coordinate employee benefits, and manage onboarding/offboarding tasks.
Job description
Responsibilities


  • Oversee employee administration and recruitment for Southeast Asia Commercial Offices.

  • Address employee inquiries on HR issues, policies, and regulations.

  • Administer passes, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.

  • Prepare payroll for Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including updates, payslips, CPF submissions, IR8A filings, MINDEF notifications, and maternity leave tracking.

  • Maintain and update employee records, covering career progression, salary changes, and absences.

  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and updates.

  • Coordinate employee benefits such as housing, car rental, and furniture moves with relevant parties.

  • Prepare HR documents, including offer letters, contracts, and termination notices.

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding tasks, such as IT setup, exit interviews, and collection of company property.

  • Track probation periods and issue confirmation notices. Administer insurance enrollment and removal for new and departing staff.


Requirements


  • Education: Diploma/Degree in a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in HR roles.

  • Knowledge: Proficient in HR administration, labor laws, and basic financial principles.
