    • Manages job postings and candidate sourcing
    • Coordinates interviews with hiring managers

  • Benefit Administration and Payroll Processing
    • Manages employee benefits including leave, claims and payroll administration
  • Human Resource Data Management
    • Maintains accurate and up to date employee records
    • Generates Human Resource reports
    • Ensures compliance with laws and regulations
  • Exit Management and Other Administrative Functions
    • Manages exit management and other administrative functions
  • Human Resource initiatives or projects
    • Assists in Human Resource projects assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or related field
