Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding and orientation.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, providing both administrative and functional support to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Administer payroll accurately and promptly, including salary processing, pension contributions, and tax compliance in accordance with statutory regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS (PayBoy) system.
  • Assist with staff and office insurance matters, including renewals, claims, policy management, and employee movements.
  • Compile and prepare monthly HR reports on workforce statistics and Selling, General & Administrative (SG&A) costs within the HR scope.
  • Participate in group and local remuneration surveys; conduct periodic benchmarking to assess internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Contribute to statutory surveys and ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Administer and coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, initiatives, and programs.
  • Assist in group HR initiatives, projects, and related tasks as required.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
