  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR advice and operational support.
  • Handle employee relations matters such as disciplinary cases, grievances, and performance issues.
  • Advise employees on HR policies and procedures to foster engagement and productivity.
  • Support HR programs including performance reviews, engagement activities, and compliance exercises.
  • Oversee pass applications and renewals for foreign hires.
  • Contribute to HR process improvements and participate in HR projects as needed.
