Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking a Human Resource Assistant. The role requires preparing HR documentation, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support. Candidates should have a diploma in HR, 2+ years of experience, and must be bilingual in English and Mandarin. This position offers the opportunity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Having knowledge of the Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare documentation for employee's employment.
  • Provide administrative support and maintain HR records.
  • Assist in submission of Work Pass applications and renewals.

Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent

Job Descriptions:
  • Prepare documentations for employee's employment.
  • Provide administrative support:
  • Update and maintain employees' records & Personal-files.
  • Update employees' e-leave record, medical, and insurance claims.
  • Maintenance of HR records.
  • Update and maintain WICA records, medical insurance claim to relevant authorities and parties liaison
  • Assist in submission of Work Pass applications and renewals.
  • Training Arrangement (CSOC, CORETRADE and etc)
  • Orientation for new joiner
  • Arrange Worker Accommodation
  • Other ad-hoc duties when required.
Requirements:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
