A prominent manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Human Resources personnel to perform full spectrum HR functions including recruitment and employee administration. Ideal candidates should have 1-2 years of relevant experience, be bilingual in English and Mandarin, and possess organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Perform Full Spectrum of HR and Admin functions.
Handle Internal Recruitment process which include recruitment, staff orientations & administration of employee benefits;
Work Pass Application, Renewal and Cancellation;
Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record;
Support the HR department in updating of HR database and processing employees’ requests;
Provide General Admin duties and coordination support to the management
