Job description
Role Purpose

Reporting to the HR Manager (Global C&B, Payroll, and HRIS), this role manages and maintains HRIS, ensures data accuracy, generates reports, supports HR processes and systems, and oversees payroll duties with 3rd party vendors. This role will also actively participate in various HR projects to support the objectives and initiatives of the HR department.

Role Accountabilities
HRIS Management & User Support
  • Administer and automate core HR processes for the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Liaise with HRIS vendors to identify and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
  • Communicates system updates and changes to HR team and employees.
  • Develop and maintain the HRIS processes, procedures and documentations.
  • Assist in evaluation of HRIS for areas of improvement and enhancement of HRIS features to implement process improvement.
  • Educate HR team on how to effectively use the HRIS system, through trainings and/or develop manuals
Data reporting and Metrics
  • Data entry and maintenance of accurate employee records in HRIS and personal files in SharePoint.
  • Generate regular HR metrics reports and adhoc reports as requested.
Payroll Support
  • Liaise with HRBP, internal stakeholders and payroll vendor on assigned countries’ payroll matters including verifying payroll entry, statutory and employees’ tax submission and labour related surveys
  • Review and reconcile payroll reports to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate closely with payroll vendor, HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll were transmitted accurately and timingly.
  • Support internal and external auditors and/or tax agents on audit-related matters.
  • Provide support on Compensation and Benefits initiatives and related projects.
Compliance and HR Processes
  • Develop, implement and maintenance of policies and procedures related to payroll and benefits
  • Work in close collaboration with Data Protection Officer (DPO) and HRBP to develop and maintain Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) and its related documentation pertaining to the area of HRIS and C&B.
Safety
  • Take responsibility for the safety of myself and those around me by displaying safety leadership principles (i.e. Safety I’s & Accountability ladder).
  • Challenging and stopping unsafe acts and behaviours or unsafe conditions.
  • Comply with the Global Safety Standards, Polices and Operating Procedures.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications
  • Possess minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/HR Management
  • Minimum with at least 2-3 years working experience in HRIS and payroll related processes
Technical Skills
  • Proficient with HRIS systems preferably experience in using ADP, Qualtrics, Percipio, Linked In.
  • Highly organized individual with effective time management to meet tight deadlines and managing the cyclical nature of payroll tasks.
  • Detail-oriented, diligent, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to multiple tasks and prioritize while ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  • Proactive attitude, with the ability to foresee potential challenges and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Good analytical skills and communication skills to articulate technical scenarios in a manner that is easily comprehensible for end-users.
