HR Senior Executive – Job Scope (Casa Concetto)

Reports To: CEO/GM
Works Closely With: Finance, Sales, Procurement, Marketing, and Showroom Departments
Location: HQ / Showroom
Type: Full-Time

Role Purpose

The HR Senior Executive plays a vital role in driving Casa Concetto's people operations. This role goes beyond administration to ensure HR is a strategic enabler of business growth, supporting hiring, retention, compliance, and cross-department alignment.

Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Compliance
  • Own and maintain accurate employee records using HReasily and internal systems.
  • Ensure payroll, CPF, IR8A, and MOM submissions are timely and error-free.
  • Govern SOPs for onboarding, offboarding, leave tracking, and documentation.
  • Manage work passes, renewals, cancellations, and liaise with authorities.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment (posting, shortlisting, scheduling, coordination).
  • Manage showroom staffing needs.
  • Ensure timely hiring aligned with company goals
  • Guarantee Day 1 readiness (email, access, calendar, buddy assignment).
3. People Management & Engagement
  • Track probation, confirmation, and performance milestones.
  • Flag early signs of absenteeism, disengagement, or team conflict.
  • Facilitate internal training programs and buddy systems.
  • Support HODs on performance appraisals and improvement plans.
4. OKR & KPI Management
  • Own and maintain company-wide OKR dashboard.
  • Consolidate departmental OKRs and flag misalignments.
  • Track HR KPIs and report progress monthly to GM.
  • Assist teams in creating measurable, actionable KPIs.
5. Management Meeting Support
  • Take structured and actionable minutes during weekly/monthly management meetings.
  • Track action items with owners, due dates, and status.
  • Send minutes within 24 hours and follow up on key tasks.
  • Maintain historical record of decisions and milestones.
6. Cross-Department HR Support
  • Coordinate with Finance for claims, revisions, bonuses.
  • Work with Marketing and Showroom to plan for campaign manpower.
  • Align with Procurement for uniforms, showroom access, and onboarding kits.
