A leading HR and accounting consultancy in Singapore is looking for part-time staff to handle HR and Accounts responsibilities at client offices. The role requires experience in Singapore HR regulations, payroll calculation, and administrative support. Candidates will visit client offices 1-2 days a week with remote work opportunities. Qualifications

  • Experienced in Singapore HR regulation, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Ability to address client queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Experience with WPOL and EPOL in the construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Visit client office 1-2 days a week to handle HR and Accounts matters.
  • Support administrative tasks such as stocktake and meeting minute preparation.

Overview

We are an outsourced bookkeeping and HR firm, with over 40 staffs. We are not Employment Agent. We welcome candidates with HR or Accounts experience to apply. This job posting is for candidates to visit client office on part time flexi working arrangement. There are opportunities to work remotely on Accounts or HR on other days of the week.

Working Location
  • There is no need to report to our own office.
  • Client Office Location: Buroh Street
  • External: Industrial Building
  • Internal: Office Environment (You will work in decent, clean, bright office environment)
Working Time
  • Working hours: Part time. 1 day to maximum 2 days visiting client office. 8 hours per day. No overtime required.
Detailed Job Descriptions
  • Experienced in Singapore HR regulation (on-boarding, off-boarding IR21, IR8A, experience in using WPOL and EPOL relating to Construction industry) and Payroll calculation
  • To support other non-HR matters, such as stocktake or administrative, participate in discussion relating to production, and assist in preparing meeting minutes writing when required.
  • We have a dedicated backend HR and Accounts teams to support our client.
  • The time you spend in client office is likely to be full day 8am to 5pm, and your role is to visit the client office once to twice a week to handle outstanding HR/ Accounts-related matters not able to clear by our backend teams.
  • Promptly address client queries
Rates

$20 per hour

Please note that this is a part time flexi working arrangement. The monthly salary put in this posting is an estimate prorated based on 176 hours.

Other Opportunities
  • We do hire full time staff; you are expected to visit client office 1 day to 2 days typically, maximum 3 days a week; and you can work remotely on the rest of the week; no overtime is expected, or off day will be provided during payroll period.
