The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of HR experience, especially handling Singapore work passes. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR experience with handling Singapore work passes.
• Strong working knowledge of MOM EP Online, WP Online, and ICA systems.
• Familiarity with Fair Consideration Framework (FCF) and quota calculations.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of the end-to-end work pass and visa application process.
• Liaise with MOM, ICA, candidates, and relocation agents.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure applications meet criteria.

Skills

Knowledge of Singapore work passes
