Job summary

A leading HR service provider in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support related to compensation, benefits, budget management, performance management, and claims and billing administration. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field and a minimum of two years of relevant experience. The position requires a strong proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills, along with effective communication abilities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in compensation, benefits, budget or claims and billing management.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across compensation, benefits, budget management.
  • Assist in the annual performance management cycle in collaboration with Group HR team.
  • Maintain detailed records of all claims and billing activities.
