Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager to handle full HR operations, including payroll management and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of HR experience and a solid understanding of Singapore employment law. Job description
HR Manager

Salary $6000 - $7500

Location: Benoi Sector - Jurong West

Working days/hours: Mon – Friday, 9am – 6pm

100% on site work | Individual Work

Responsibilities
  • HR Operations: Manage full-cycle monthly payrolls, including CPF submissions and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in accordance with local employment laws and internal standards.
  • Handle leave administration, medical claims, and insurance matters.
HR Policy & Compliance
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook to ensure clarity, consistency, and legal compliance.
  • Stay updated with local employment laws and ensure all practices comply with MOM and statutory requirements.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees.
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees on all HR-related matters.
  • Handle grievances, conflicts, and provide HR advisory to management and staff.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
HR Reporting & Administration
  • Maintain HR documentation and generate reports for management when needed.
  • Liaise with outsourced IT vendors on HR system needs and basic system administration (if required).
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in an SME or logistics/supply chain environment.
  • Proven experience managing full HR Spectrum independently.
  • Solid understanding of Singapore employment law and HR best practices.
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
