Responsibilities
  • Tailor HR strategies to the organisation's goals and objectives.

  • Supervise the hiring process, from recruiting to onboarding, to ensure that the organisation hires the best people and sets them up for success.

  • Create and implement comprehensive training and development programs to help employees grow and succeed in their careers.

  • Manage employee relations and conflicts effectively to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

  • Use data analytics to inform HR decisions and identify areas for improvement.

  • Champion and implement organisational change initiatives to help the organisation adapt and thrive in a changing world.

  • Cultivate a positive workplace culture and boost employee engagement by creating a supportive and inclusive environment where employees feel valued and respected.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

  • Recognize and nurture high-potential internal talent to ensure that the organisation has a strong pipeline of future leaders.

  • Partner closely with senior leadership to provide guidance and support on all people-related matters.

  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

  • At least 8 years of experience in a related field is required for this position. Preferably, candidates will have at least 5 years experience as a Human Resources Manager or equivalent.

  • Experience in the F&B sector will be considered favourably.

  • Good verbal & written communication in English.
