A leading company in Singapore is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The role involves managing the hiring process, developing employee training programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and have a minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, preferably in the F&B sector. Strong communication skills in English are essential.
Tailor HR strategies to the organisation's goals and objectives.
Supervise the hiring process, from recruiting to onboarding, to ensure that the organisation hires the best people and sets them up for success.
Create and implement comprehensive training and development programs to help employees grow and succeed in their careers.
Manage employee relations and conflicts effectively to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Use data analytics to inform HR decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Champion and implement organisational change initiatives to help the organisation adapt and thrive in a changing world.
Cultivate a positive workplace culture and boost employee engagement by creating a supportive and inclusive environment where employees feel valued and respected.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Recognize and nurture high-potential internal talent to ensure that the organisation has a strong pipeline of future leaders.
Partner closely with senior leadership to provide guidance and support on all people-related matters.
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 8 years of experience in a related field is required for this position. Preferably, candidates will have at least 5 years experience as a Human Resources Manager or equivalent.
Experience in the F&B sector will be considered favourably.
Good verbal & written communication in English.
