Job summary

A prominent food and beverage company in Singapore is seeking an HR Manager to manage comprehensive HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and payroll processing. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in HRM or Business Administration and a minimum of 4 years of HR generalist experience, preferably within the F&B industry. Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HR administration
  • Review, implement, and improve HR policies, SOPs, and systems aligned with business needs, cost control, and automation
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations
  • Partner outlet and operations managers on manpower planning and employee matters
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, statutory submissions, and tax matters
  • Administer MOM work passes (application, renewal, cancellation, tax clearance)
  • Maintain accurate HR records, HRIS, and payroll administration
  • Prepare monthly and ad-hoc HR reports for and finance department
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in HRM, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of HR generalist experience
  • Experience in F&B preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore labour law and MOM/TAFP/TADM processes
  • Hands‑on experience with Infotech HRMS
  • Knowledge of KNOW workforce management software is a plus
  • Experience managing 150+ headcount
  • Detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
