Job Summary
  • Job Title: HR Manager

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and salary disbursement for Singapore and regional offices.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including CPF, income tax, and reporting to agencies like MOM and MOH.

  • Manage HRMS updates, data migration, and year-end IR8E tax submissions.

  • Conduct regular salary benchmarking and annual increment reviews.

  • Administer employee benefits, insurance renewals, and claim approvals.

  • Manage workplace incidents, accidents, and business travel fatalities.

  • Draft HR policies and manage the Corp Pass registry.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including probations and terminations.

  • Handle expatriate settlement, repatriation, and tax equalization.

  • Manage employee disputes, whistleblowing, and grievance resolution.

  • Oversee KPI setting, performance management, and annual bonus allocations.

  • Organize team bonding activities, CSR programs, town halls, and employee satisfaction surveys.

  • Manage upskilling, succession planning, and talent management.

  • Oversee government grant applications for relevant departments.

Requirements
  • Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of HR experience is required, specifically with strong knowledge of payroll, benefits administration, or Compensation & Benefits (C&B).

  • Proficiency in HRMS/payroll systems and familiarity with local labor laws.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, high integrity regarding confidential information, diplomacy, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
