Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage full HR functions including payroll processing and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of HR experience, a diploma in HR or a related field, and strong knowledge of local employment laws. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, which also supports the Managing Director.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years HR experience, including hands-on payroll.
  • Able to multitask, work independently, and be a proactive team player.
  • Immediate availability preferred.

Location: Pandan Loop
Salary: Up to $6,000
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, Office Hours

Overview

Handle full HR functions: onboarding/offboarding, benefits, compensation, recruitment, HR systems, and employee records. Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance (Easypay/Workday experience preferred). Manage pass applications/renewals/cancellations. Administer training and development programs. Implement HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and ensure legal compliance. Provide support to the Managing Director: coordinate appointments, travel, expenses, and general admin. Manage general office administration and supplies.
