Job Scope
  • Manage the full recruitment process including work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Conduct employee orientation and onboarding.
  • Maintain and improve HR systems to meet statutory requirements.
  • Support managers with HR policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage employee records, filing, and data compliance.
  • Prepare HR documents such as contracts and letters.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Submit statutory contributions and reports (CPF, IRAS, MOM, etc.).
  • Handle any other HR tasks as required by the company or statutory needs.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Min 2 – 4 years of experience as HR Executive in handling of in recruitment, payroll, and employee administration
  • Understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Good in organization skill and manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
