Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is key in managing day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on payroll administration and recruitment activities to support a motivated and high-performing workforce.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Maintain HR records, employee data, and leave administration.
  • Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, performance management, and service excellence.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant HR experience, with hands-on exposure to payroll and recruitment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and payroll systems.
