JOB SUMMARY / JOB OVERVIEW

The HR Executive is responsible for managing the full employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding. This includes handling payroll, employee movements, benefits administration, and compliance with statutory regulations. The role also oversees HR documentation, work pass applications, and employee records while supporting HR projects and initiatives to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform the full employee cycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Administer and execute a full spectrum of HR processes including compliance with statutory regulations, salary administration, employee movements - (transfers, promotion, confirmation, resignation) processes, employee benefits and any such activities.
  • Prepare and process overall payroll ensuring that salary is paid timely and accurately (commission, incentive, allowance, reimbursement)
  • Prepare and submit the CPF, Income Tax (IR21, IR8A)
  • Manage employees’ database on a timely and accurate basis
  • Process and prepare all types of employment-related letters including employment contracts, confirmation letters, resignation acceptance letters, termination letters, increment letters and bonus letters
  • Apply for a work visa/work permit and overseas quota
  • Support HR projects and take the initiatives for HR process
  • Handle Foreign staff management which includes processing of pass activities, renewal, medical check up, insurance plans, staff welfare and managing Government portals related to foreign employment.
  • Resolving employee grievances by counseling employees and supervisors
  • Manage Group Employee Insurance plan by update staff movement
  • Prepares statistics for all government surveys and questionnaires
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years proven work experience as an HR Professional
  • Good communications and writing skills

  • Must able to work independently
  • Proactive and good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws
