Responsibilities
  • HR Strategy & Leadership
    To develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and frameworks aligned with organizational objectives while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws.
  • People & Organizational Development
    Oversee organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  • HR Business Partnering & Operations
    Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary processes, and compliance matters.
  • Talent Acquisition
    Lead the talent acquisition strategy and ensure effective end-to-end hiring processes.
  • Global HR Policies & Localization
    Adapt global HR policies to align with Singapore regulations and practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in multinational organizations.
  • Well verse in HR strategy, Singapore labour laws, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Proven ability to lead across multiple HR functions and partner with senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Inclusive mindset with an understanding of diversity practices.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems is an advantage.
