Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term HR strategies, plans, and programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Talent Management: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and retention.
- Policy Development: Create, implement, and enforce company-wide HR policies and procedures.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation, benefits, and payroll programs.
- Employee Relations: Handle conflicts, grievances, and exit interviews while fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Payroll & HR Systems: Manage payroll cycles and maintain accurate HR MIS records.
- HR Leadership: Lead and supervise the HR team, ensuring effective operations and providing strategic guidance.
- Budget Management: Develop and oversee the HR department’s budget.
- Reporting & Analytics: Analyze HR data, track key metrics, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Organizational Culture: Promote and sustain a positive, productive company culture aligned with business objectives.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources.
- Minimum 15 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- IHRP-CP (Certified Professional) certification required.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to align HR with business goals.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret HR data and trends.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, compensation, benefits, labor laws, and talent management.
