Overview

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) works closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals. This role provides strategic HR guidance, drives talent initiatives, and partners with managers to enhance workforce performance, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.


Responsibilities


  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and workforce needs. Provide advice on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning. Support change management initiatives and promote a high-performance culture.

  • Talent Management & Development: Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent. Drive performance management processes, ensuring fair and consistent application. Identify training needs and partner with L&D teams to implement development programs.

  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, ensuring issues are addressed effectively and fairly. Promote employee engagement through initiatives that enhance morale and workplace culture. Partner with leadership on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts.

  • HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with employment laws and regulations. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee experience.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.

  • 610 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partnering role.

  • Able to work in fast pace working environment

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.

  • Experience in managing employee relations, talent management, and change management.
