Position: HR Business Partner
Department: APAC
Reports to: President APAC
Purpose of position
As a HR Business Partner, you are to proactively contribute to Envirotainer People vision to be a value driven high performance organization. You are responsible for driving the HR agenda within your region and your main tasks are to be a strategic HR Business partner.
The position reports to President APAC with a dotted line to Global HR and you are part of the APAC Management team.
Responsibilities
Functional responsibilities
- HR Business partnering — Trusted advisor in all HR and organizational related matters to functional management team. Member of the APAC regional management team.
- Facilitate and proactively drive the long-term people agenda.
- Ensure that the organizational structure and roles are clearly aligned to business strategies and maximize business opportunities.
- Make sure we have the right competence and the right place at the right time to enable the future growth of the APAC region Envirotainer.
- Actively support in building a high-performance organization with efficient teams including supporting in developing a coaching culture.
Leadership development
- Focus on leadership and competence development. Coach, sparr and support functional leaders to reach full potential to secure we have best in class managers.
- Development of functional management team into high performing team with high level of trust and commitment
- Provide continuous feedback and ongoing coaching of team members.
People management
- Provide leadership and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including but not limited to; recruitment, talent management, organizational development, onboarding & induction, performance management, labor law, union negotiations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, succession planning
- Influence, implement and communicate yearly HR processes and directives.
HR initiatives and continuous improvement
- Actively support the continued development of the HR function
- Design or improve and deliver designated global HR processes or initiatives (communication, content, implementation plan)

- Comprehensive HR knowledge, including employment law, compensation, organizational planning, restructuring, recruitment, employee development, health & safety, and driving employee engagement
- Experience to work in a global setup and a regional/local knowledge
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work on both strategies and operational details

Relevant work experience and education
- University Degree with a background of min. 7 years as a HR BP
- Experience from working in an international organization is preferred
