Job summary

A leading HR solutions company in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional for a hands-on leadership role. The successful candidate will influence people practices and drive employee engagement while acting as a strategic HR partner. About the Role

Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a real impact? This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will partner closely with business leaders, influencing people practices and driving employee engagement across the organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, providing expert advice and solutions on all HR matters.

  • Lead and manage full-spectrum HR functions including manpower planning, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, labor relations, and talent management.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and programs that align with business objectives and local statutory requirements.

  • Oversee onboarding programs and ensure smooth employee experiences from hire to exit.

  • Analyze manpower data and prepare reports to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Support operational leaders with HR coaching, compliance, and workforce planning.

  • Track and maintain manpower budgets and HR records.

What We’re Looking For
  • Degree holder in HR, Business Administration, or related field

  • 7+ years of HR generalist experience with exposure to HR strategy, compliance, and full-cycle HR processes

  • Solid understanding of employment law and best HR practices

  • Experience in healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar industries is a plus

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coaching abilities
