Job summary

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
  • Manage MOM work pass applications and renewals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HR Manager in daily HR operations and implementation of HR initiatives.

  • Manage onboarding, confirmation, grievance handling, and off-boarding processes.

  • Coordinate with departments on hiring needs, staff movements, confirmations, and resignations.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system, ensuring confidentiality.

  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies, MOM regulations, and employment laws.

  • Manage MOM work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations within required timelines.

  • Support employee engagement activities, learning & development programs, and HR projects.

  • Assist in organizing company events.

  • Perform general office administrative duties, including ordering supplies and coordinating office facility maintenance.

  • Ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR and administrative roles.

  • Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and MOM processes is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential matters.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
