A consulting firm in Singapore seeks an HR Assistant to support daily HR operations and manage onboarding and off-boarding processes. The role involves coordinating staff movements and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in HR, strong organizational skills, and good communication abilities. The position offers an opportunity to support employee engagement activities and assist in HR initiatives.
Support the HR Manager in daily HR operations and implementation of HR initiatives.
Manage onboarding, confirmation, grievance handling, and off-boarding processes.
Coordinate with departments on hiring needs, staff movements, confirmations, and resignations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system, ensuring confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies, MOM regulations, and employment laws.
Manage MOM work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations within required timelines.
Support employee engagement activities, learning & development programs, and HR projects.
Assist in organizing company events.
Perform general office administrative duties, including ordering supplies and coordinating office facility maintenance.
Ad hoc duties assigned.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR and administrative roles.
Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and MOM processes is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential matters.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
