Job summary

A leading HR solutions provider in Singapore is looking for candidates to facilitate administrative tasks related to HR programmes. Responsibilities include managing communication with HR candidates, preparing certificates, and assisting in HR event preparation. The role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders. This is a contract position for 6 months with competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate administrative tasks and records updating for HR.
  • Customise and prepare certificates for HR programme participants.
  • Manage communication with HR candidates and programme participants.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of HR events.
  • eFile and re-organise archives in relevant repositories.
