Job description

Role: HR & Admin Executive
Location: Ubi
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Renewable Yearly)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: Up to $3,200/month
Reporting to: HR Manager

Job Responsibilities
1. General Administration
  • Handle daily administrative operations including document management, meeting coordination, vendor liaison, and office supplies procurement.
2. HR Operations & Employee Records
  • Manage full onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files and HR databases.
3. Recruitment & Staffing Support
  • Manage job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and hiring documentation.
  • Support recruitment across various levels and functions.
4. Compliance & MOM Submissions
  • Handle MOM submissions, work pass applications/renewals, and regulatory filings.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal HR policies.
5. Leave, Payroll & Benefits Coordination
  • Manage attendance and leave administration.
  • Collate payroll-related data for processing.
  • Coordinate employee benefits and claims.
6. Asset & Policy Management
  • Oversee issuance and return of company equipment and assets.
  • Maintain asset records and ensure HR/admin policies are kept updated and communicated.
