Ability to deal effectively, to motivate staff and attain the best possible standards with regards to cleanliness and maintaining the good condition of the guest rooms and public area. Eye for details and
able to provide the finest service for our guests and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Maintain a good relationship among other departments to achieve a cohesive working environment.
1. Inspection of property to ensure highest cleanliness standards & quality consistently
2. Involve in Housekeeping Associates training needs, motivation, further development & ell-being.
3. Set a good role model to associates and lead with good example.
4. Reviewing guest feedback & establish guests contact daily to find every opportunity to deliver an exceptional experience to our guests by giving great example to Housekeeping Team
5. Establish, revise & improve on Housekeeping SOPs in term of ease of processes for our associates and improving our customers’ experience.
6. Revise and analyze Housekeeping Associates’ performance and productivity
7. Involve in staff performance appraisal and provide suggestive improvement measure.
8. Be a great ommunicating bridge between management and non-management associates to instill a service-oriented culture (responsive, respectful & delivering great experiences) among Housekeeping Team
9. Involve in pre and post inventory process
10. Well-groomed and set good role model to associates
11. Able to meet up with guest to meet their personal preference, special attention and create a smooth stay with the hotel.
12. Involve in stock inventory and purchase assigned by Director of Housekeeping
13. Perform supervisory or executive functions such as assisting in work related to the strategies / policies of the department.
