A travel management company in Singapore is looking for someone to manage hotel bookings, maintain relationships with hotels, and ensure effective communication with clients. Responsibilities include processing payments, maintaining financial records, submitting monthly reports to management, and handling various special projects. Candidates should have strong communication skills and experience in the travel or hospitality industry. This role involves multitasking and responding to ad-hoc management requests.
Hotel booking and Hotel contracts update.
Communicate to the hotel reservation department and maintain the hotel relationship.
Serve and communication to our customers e.g. hotel & tour reservations/bookings.
Proceed of the payment to the associate hotels and document the payment vouchers.
Record the deposit payment records and tally with the hotel booking records.
Submit the monthly report to the managing director for the hotel contracts update, hotel booking, hotel payment and etc.
Monitor, record and reply the specific information of all kinds of schools, camps, courses, venues and other special projects, and establish communication channels.
Responsible for the scheduled specific projects and attractions tickets, the implementation of specific projects, pay close attention to the project scheduled and scheduled deadline, to reduce the unnecessary costs.
Responsible for sorting and regularly updated supplier information.
Daily access to corporate email, to ensure that not miss any important and urgent e-mail and report to director.
Any other Ad-hoc duties instructed by the management.
