A luxury hotel in Singapore seeks a dedicated individual to join their Front Office team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of operations within the Rooms Division. Candidates should possess G.C.E. 'O' levels, and those with a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management are preferred. A minimum of 6 months experience in hotel operations is required.
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Host is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office within the Rooms Division.
