Job description

Lead the execution of landscape maintenance portfolios for softscapes and hardscapes.

Plan work schedules, manpower and equipment according to contract specifications.

Attend to clients’ requests, meetings and provide creative solutions for landscape issues.

Conduct monthly site assessments to inspect Horticultural practices and landscape quality requirements.

Prepare site reports to detail observation and recommendations to be submitted monthly internally and externally.

Solicit for upgrading works and assist in sales and landscape enhancement.

Establish reporting norms for supervisor and gardeners to follow and to report site progress and issues.

Enforce workplace safety and health regulations for landscape maintenance on site.

Coach and guide gardeners on performance expectations and tackle landscape challenges.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Horticulture or related field with 3-5 years’ experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Result-oriented personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
