Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a warehouse staff member to handle receiving, storing, and dispatching medications. Job description

Working Hours & Location

Mon‑Fri office hours, Sat half day. Location: Clementi (Transportation provided from Jurong East and Clementi MRT).

Job Scope

• Responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching finished products – Medications.
• Conducting Quality Check for the Medications package received.
• Ensure that customers' orders are picked and packed correctly.
• Responsible for housekeeping to ensure the warehouse is maintained clean, neat, safe, and orderly.
• May be assigned to work at GMP Room or Cold Room.

GMP Room

• Required to pack medications in small quantities; will be required to work in a clean room environment – Must be meticulous and detailed.

Cold Room

• Where medications are stored in temperature controlled environment – Jacket provided specially for this room.

Job Requirements

• GCE ‘N’/’O’/’ITE’ or Diploma in any discipline.
• A good team player and cooperate with superiors and co‑workers.
• Take ownership of the work assigned.
• Proactive and open to innovation and changes.
• Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) will be advantageous.
