UWCSEA Dover is looking for a Head of Whole School Sport to join our team, starting in August 2026 or earlier if the right candidate is available.
The Head of Whole School Sport is a key member of the UWCSEA Activities Leadership Team and, reporting to the Director of Activities & Sports, will implement a world-class, diverse, and inclusive sports programme from K1 through to G12. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, delivery, and reporting of the Sports Activity Programme, as well as the recruitment of external staff, management of operational expenses, and communication with the wider community. This role also oversees the management of teachers and external coaches—including freelance staff and partner companies—within the sporting programme.
