A trust administration company based in Singapore is seeking a Senior Trust Manager to lead the strategic growth and governance of trust services. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant experience in trust management, with a strong focus on compliance and relationship management. Responsibilities include overseeing all trust operations and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree and professional qualifications such as STEP, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Lead the strategic direction and development of the trust administration function to support business growth and service excellence.
Oversee the establishment, administration, and ongoing governance of all Singapore trust structures.
Provide senior management oversight of trust operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements.
Manage key trust relationships, including overseeing complex trust structures and the underlying assets.
Maintain regular communication with settlors, beneficiaries, advisors, and other trust parties to ensure structures remain appropriate, current, and aligned with any changes in circumstances.
Handle trust distribution processes and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Ensure adherence to pricing guidelines, onboarding procedures, and fiduciary control standards.
Demonstrate strong technical expertise in reviewing and approving transaction structures;
Professional qualifications such as STEP, ICSA, or ICA are expected.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant trust experience within a financial institution or independent trust company, including at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
