Reporting directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, with a dotted line into the APAC Head of HR, this individual will partner the APAC executive leadership team to shape, elevate and deliver a best‑in‑class talent acquisition strategy across the region. You will also partner closely with HR Centres of Excellence and regional HR Business Partners on overarching people priorities including workforce plans related to M&A, succession pipelines for leadership, DEI hiring strategies and talent forecasting.
