Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a seasoned product manager to engage with stakeholders, define product vision, and manage the product lifecycle. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Engagement with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital innovation and translate them into actionable product features.

  • Define and refine product vision, strategy, and roadmaps in alignment with organizational goals.

  • Manage and priorities the product, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and user experience

  • Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, continuous improvement, and product support and operations

  • Establish agile delivery practices, ensuring consistency in sprint planning, review, and retrospectives.

  • Track progress against milestones, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across design, engineering, QA, and stakeholder teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.

  • Stakeholder Management & Communication Act as the primary liaison between business units and the development team, ensuring alignment on priorities and expectations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field

  • 10 years of relevant working experience in project management, product management, software development, or digital transformation

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial or team leadership role

  • Proficiency in product lifecycle management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, stakeholder management, and roadmap planning.

  • Experienced in coaching team members in product strategy, leadership, and resource management.

  • Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a high level of independence in decision-making.
