We Are Seeking: Head of Product (Information Technology), Asian Markets

This executive role is the ultimate owner of product vision, strategy, and commercial success for the IT product portfolio across Asia. You will lead the regional product management team, act as the primary bridge between global product teams and local market operations, and drive P&L performance and growth targets. Ideal candidates combine strategic leadership with deep regional expertise and a passion for building products that resonate across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own a 3-5-year regional product strategy and roadmap aligned with global vision
  • Drive localization and product-market fit initiatives for Asian markets
  • Lead regional innovation and identify new business models and partnerships
  • Manage regional P&L, including revenue, margin, and cost efficiency targets
  • Oversee pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies for product launches
  • Mentor and scale a high-performing team of product managers and marketers
  • Serve as key liaison between global HQ and regional teams, influencing global roadmaps
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of progressive product management experience, with 5+ years in senior regional leadership roles
  • Proven track record in IT, software, fintech, or e-commerce industries
  • Deep knowledge of Asian markets (APAC/SEA) and experience launching products across multiple countries
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-cultural teams
  • Technical acumen and familiarity with modern product methodologies (Agile, Lean)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA preferred
